How does return policy work?


Good support free return?

1. Items with free return logo 

2. Return conditions:

Return request is available within 15 days after delivery for any reason.

All returns must be in good condition with the original tags labels, and packing. Cellphones, computers and pads must be packed with the original seal, unopened, and does not affect the secondary sales or return will be rejected if it has been opened but without quality issue. 


Goods do not support free return

1. Items with non-returnable item logo 

2. Main categories: beauty, leggings, underwear, swimwear

3. Return conditions:

if items have quality issues, online return submission is available within 15 days after delivery.

All returns must be in good condition with the original tags, lables, and packing.


Return methods

KSA customers: door-to-door pickup service and self-return are available.

Other countries’ customers: Currently only self-return is available.


Return shipping cost

KSA costumers if you choose door-to-door pickup service, the return shipping cost will be paid by Lalezone directly, and if you choose self-return, you are required to pay the return shipping cost first 7$ will be refund tom your account as return shipping cost compensation along with the item’s price. If the return shipping cost is over 7$, please contact customer service to refund the difference.



Other countries’ customers: 20$ will be refunded to your account as return shipping cost compensation along with the items;s price. If the return shipping cost is over 20$, please contact customer service to refund the difference.
