    1- How to confirm my COD order?

    "You can confirm your order through following methods:

       1. Confirm with SMS links

        Step1: Click the SMS link ,then click ""OK"" in the pop-up windows;

        Step2: Click ""Confirm""  if you make sure the given informations are right

        After that, your order will be prepared and shipped out as usual.

         How does Return Policy Work?
        1- apply for return: Apply within 15 days after delivery
        2- return the item: door-to-door pickup service is available in KSA
        3 - refund: full refund within 48 hours once parcel received

        Return request is available within 15 days after delivery for any reason.

        All returns must be in good condition with the original tags, labels, and packing. Cellphones, Computers, and Pads must be packed with the original seal, unopened, and does not affect the secondary sales or         return will be rejected if it has been opened but without quality issue.

        3. Return Conditions:

        If items have quality issues, online return submission is available within 15 days after delivery. 

        All returns must be in good condition with the original tags, labels, and packing.

        KSA&UAE customers: Door-to-Door pickup service and self-return are available.

        Other countries' customers: Currently only self-return is available.

        Return Shipping Cost

        KSA&UAE customers: If you choose Door-to-Door pickup service, the return shipping cost will be paid by Jollychic directly, and if you choose self-return, you are required to pay the return shipping cost first and         $7 will be refunded to your account as return shipping cost compensation along with the items' price. If the return shipping cost is over $7, please contact customer service to refund the difference. 

        Qatar customers: $7 will be refunded to your account as return shipping cost compensation along with the items' price. If the return shipping cost is over $7, please contact customer service to refund the         difference. 

        Other countries' customers: $20 will be refunded to your account as return shipping cost compensation along with the items' price. If the return shipping cost is over $20, please contact customer service to         refund the difference.

    3- How long does it take to receive my order?
        Preparing and delivery time completely depends on the destination.

        Please check your tracking information in [Account] - [All Orders] (Shipped)-[Order Tracking]. Or track on the website of related shipping company with tracking number in the email/message sent by Jollychic."
