This diet, which is definitely not recommended by experts, is still very popular among people who want to lose weight quickly. The diet, which recommends drinking only second-class maple syrup, lemon juice and cayenne powder mixed with water for 7 or 14 days, can be dangerous for body health.
5- Ketogenic Diet
This type of diet, where high protein and fat-containing foods are popular, banning refined sugar and carbohydrates, is actually a health therapy designed for patients with epilepsy and cancer. The aim is to prevent the body from getting energy from carbohydrates and to use existing fat stores as energy. It must be done under the supervision of a doctor.
