Seasoned Carrot Soup Recipe


1 grated carrot

1 coffee cup wire noodle

3 tablespoons of olive oil

1 cup of broth

6 cups of hot water

1 teaspoon black pepper, turmeric


For Finishing:

1 egg yolk

1 tablespoon of flour

1 tablespoon of lemon juice
